I had the most wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean and always had a beautiful ocean view from the wrap-around balcony. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making me feel so welcome and remembering my preferences. I was thrilled that our room was available early, facing the ocean, a major plus point. The service from the friendly staff, including bartender G, server Leo, beach attendant Samuel, and supervisor Dorian, was top-notch, although they struggled with managing some unruly guests. The location was perfect, allowing easy exploration of Miami Beach and Downtown while staying away from the downtown craziness. The dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag with some amazing but crazy expensive options. Overall, a great stay with minor hiccups.
